I had to refinance last year in June because I had gotten behind in my house taxes. the mortage company tht I used they tricked me and now no adjustment can be made. They gave me forebarance however it is unobtainable. I just need someone to help me to get caught up. I have a job, but I' so far behind that I can't pay my bill for high water, and gas utiulities. I'm a widower. you don't have give me the money if you could just sent it to the mortage company. I can't get finance because the mortage company that I'm now with has listed on my credit report foreclouse stareted. No one will refinance me. I have to pay $2,200 a month now with the forberance along with my other bills. I 'm behind $10,000 dollars and they will continue to report me lat ungte until all is caught up. Please help me, I have never ever done this before but I don't want to lose my home. I'm 57 years old and and I cant' qualiify for a loan. I now know that this is one of the mortgage companies that set you up to fail.
